It is not recommended for sewage applications. It may be used in situations where space is a problem, and will operate in pump chambers 12" in diameter or larger. It is an excellent replacement switch for sump pumps, as it is easy to install and adjust the pump range. The switch is not affected by water turbulence, as once the contact is closed, it keeps the pump running until the float reaches the bottom of the cycle. It is available in normally open, for pump down applications only. Standard Features Includes piggy back plug, so pump can be plugged into switch. Includes a stainless steel mounting bracket for mounting to the pipe. Pump down range is 0 to 6". Available in 15' cord length, other lengths available on request. Sewage rated cord.
